Inside Aussie Med Affairs salaries

A global survey reports Australian MSLs have seen an increase in pay, taking home an average of $151,500 annually in 2025, 8.3 per cent more than the prior year.

The 2025 MSL Society Global Salary & Compensation Survey conducted late last year drew responses from 1,100 MSL professionals across 44 countries from September to December.
