Company scoops top gong... again

Chemist Warehouse has been named Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2025. It is the chain’s fourth win in a row in the category, and a fifth win overall.

“At the heart of this achievement is the outstanding service delivered every day by our team of more than 4,000 pharmacists and over 25,000 retail sales assistants, who serve close to 4 million customers each week,” said CW Deputy CEO Mario Tascone.
