Aussie GM exits but where to next?

Astellas has confirmed the departure of General Manager Nirelle Tolstoshev and with two Country Leadership positions currently vacant in Australia - speculation is swirling about her next move.

Tolstoshev started with Astellas in July 2024 after three years leading Organon from its inception in 2021. Before that had worked at MSD for 21 years.
