2026 burnout takes hold... already

Just seven weeks into 2026, industry has already hit burnout with pharma employees buckling under the strain of working in multiple roles and across gruelling hours, according to an industry coaching expert.
Former Australian pharma staffer turned coach, Kylie Brennan, said there had been an extraordinary shift in the employment climate in the last 12 months with this year already being described as 'unrelenting' and 'unforgiving'.
