CEOs of major pharmaceutical companies made TIME Magazines list of the 100 people most influential in health around the world, along with other pharma employees and an Australian superstar.
The first name on the TIME100 Health 2026 is Novo Nordisk CEO Mike Doustdar, who rose to the role in August last year. Behind the listing are his moves to restore the pharma's presence in the diabetes and obesity space, including the launch of a pill form of Wegovy and plans for a higher dose of the drug's injectable form to bring weight loss effects into line with Eli Lilly's Zepbound.
