Blooms sets blistering pace

Blooms The Chemist has recycled more than 20 million blister packs since it partnered with the recycling program Pharmacycle.

The chemist chain introduced drop-off receptacles into all its 110-plus stores in November 2023, and hit the 20 million milestone this month, helping to recover more than 30,000kg of aluminium and plastic.
