AbbVie came number one in the Best Places to Work 2026 list of large biopharma companies, beating a strong field that was whittled down to 20 who made the list.
The ranking by life sciences digital hub BioSpace is based on votes from over 7,600 life sciences professionals, who were asked to identify their top three most desirable workplaces. They rated companies based on eight attributes: Compensation, innovation, career growth opportunities, leadership, culture, diversity, reputation, equity and inclusion, and flexibility and remote work options.
