Workforce crisis needs investment

Australia’s ability to conduct cutting-edge clinical research is under threat due to a workforce crisis, according to a new whitepaper from ARCS Australia, launched today.
“We have an incredibly committed and capable workforce, but they are working in a system that relies too heavily on goodwill and outdated structures,” said Dr Tim Boyle, the CEO of ARCS Australia, the peak body for life sciences professionals.
