BMS has become the first pharma in Australia to achieve Menopause Friendly Accreditation and the first employer in the world to be accredited across two geographies.
The company said it had set a new international benchmark by building best-practice standards into daily life, ensuring everyone who experienced menopause at work feels seen, supported, and valued regardless of location.
