Bitter $672M buyout is back on

South Australian pharma Mayne has triumphed over Cosette in court, putting its sale to the US pharma back on track.
In a ruling on this week, New South Wales Supreme Court Justice Ashley Black found in favour of Mayne on all of its claims, and dismissed Cosette's cross-claims. It means that Cosette needs to follow through with its February buyout offer of Mayne Pharma for $672 million.
