TGA slaps company with $200K fine

The TGA has slapped telehealth platform operator Midnight Health with 10 infringement notices totalling $198,000 for the alleged unlawful advertising of blockbuster weight loss medicines.
The company is accused of promoting the use and supply of Novo Nordisk's Wegovy and Lilly's Mounjaro online through its websites.
