Pharmacists look to flex muscles

More and more community pharmacists will prescribe, not just dispense, under the Pharmacy Guild of Australia’s (PGA) bold new plan, set to deliver $5.1 billion in healthcare savings.
PGA National President, Professor Trent Twomey, said Towards 2035 is the peak national body for community pharmacists' “most ambitious strategic plan” yet.
