Behind MSD's Great Workplace win

MSD has landed a second consecutive certification as a Great Place to Work for both its Australia and New Zealand businesses this year.

For 2025, 83 per cent of employees at MSD Australia and 80 per cent of employees at MSD New Zealand reported that MSD is a great place to work. The two highest rated areas for MSD were Justice at 87 per cent, and the question 'People here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation', which was agreed to by 94 per cent of employees.
