AusBiotech gains big name

Vertex Pharmaceuticals has become the latest multinational company to join AusBiotech as a member.

While the company is known for its cystic fibrosis portfolio in Australia, which includes Kalydeco, Orkambi, and Trikafta – the second top-earning drug on the PBS – it markets a much broader pipeline overseas, including hyped pain drug Journavx.
