Pharma moves into OTC market

Link-Clinigen Group has officially entered the OTC market with Australia’s first pharmacist-only immediate release melatonin for jet lag.
The approval of Voquily Jet Lag for the relief of jet lag symptoms in adults aged 18 years and above follows the TGA’s decision to down schedule immediate release preparations containing 5 mg or less of melatonin for the indication, in a primary pack containing no more than 10 dosage units in June 2023.
