Dr Matt Lohmeyer, a managing partner at Negotiation Partners, proffers negotiation as an alternative conflict resolution technique that yields superior outcomes. During the 2025 ARCS Conference he gave a presentation in Successful Negotiation and Leadership in the Medtech & Pharma Sector, and outlined the four phases of negotiations, along with some common challenges people face in each phase and how to get past them.
