Monash bets $60M on MAVERIC

A new $60 million AI-powered supercomputer called MAVERIC could be the ticket to a new wave of medicines coming out of Australia.
MAVERIC, short for the Monash AdVanced Environment for Research and Intelligent Computing, has solely been funded by Monash University and will be up and running early 2026, although its location is still in procurement.
