AZ earns first gold in Australia

AstraZeneca has become the first pharma in Australia to achieve Gold Employer status at the Australian Workplace Equality Index Awards.

It's a proud moment for AstraZeneca, which was recognised last Friday at the 2025 Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards at the ICC Grand Ballroom in Sydney. Gold Tier is the highest recognition obtainable in 2025, outside of Platinum which requires maintaining the Gold status.
