Teva has announced thousands of jobs will go as it embarks on the 'acceleration phase' of its restructuring strategy, reducing its global workforce by around eight per cent by 2027.
The cuts will be spread across the company's 30,000-plus employees. While there are no specific details regarding the Australian business, a spokesperson told Pharma in Focus that "workforce adjustments are a necessary part of managing our business".
