$300M windfall for Aussie boss

Damien Gance, the son of Chemist Warehouse co-founder Sam Gance has again sold down shares in Sigma Healthcare.

A Change of Director's Interest Notice published to the ASX revealed the Sigma Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer sold 100 million shares by private placement. At $2.97 each share, Gance netted a cool $297 million.
