Landing two Great Workplace wins

Novartis has landed accreditation as a Great Place To Work this month for both its Australian and New Zealand offices, putting it in the running for Best Place to Work 2025.
The pharma became GPTW-certified after 84 per cent of Australian employees responded in a survey that it is a great place to work, well above the national average of 60 per cent.
