Best CEO of 2025 runs a pharma

David Ricks, CEO of Eli Lilly, has been named the 2025 Chief Executive of the Year, by an independent committee of fellow CEOs facilitated by Chief Executive magazine.

"Dave Ricks is an exemplary leader," 2021 CEO of the Year and former MSD CEO, Ken Frazier, said. Frazier, who stepped down in 2021, was part of this year's selection committee.
