Pharma execs start talent agency
Sharmia Bakar and Rob Smith

Two former AstraZeneca executives have left their jobs in pharma to start a new talent agency specialising in recruitment for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.
After almost eight years each at AZ, Rob Smith and business partner Sharmia Bakar have branched out on their own to form Bakar Smith Talent Solutions.
