What HCPs think of pharma emails

While 58 per cent of doctors say the number of pharma emails they receive is "about right" almost one in five complain they are receiving too many with cardiologists, medical oncologists and haematologists feeling the most overwhelmed.

More than 500 specialists and GPs across Australia were surveyed by SoWhat? Research with doctors asked how many pharma emails they received per day. The majority - 32 per cent - said one. But 21 per cent received two and 25 per cent received three or more. The remainder, 22 per cent, received none.
