AZ takes stand on genetic testing

AstraZeneca stood its ground on the use of genetic testing results in life insurance underwriting this week, joining supporters of a total ban.

The government is currently considering the results of a consultation on the topic following a Monash report called A-GLIMMER which found ongoing discrimination is taking place, deterring Aussies from undergoing testing.
