Chem Warehouse rumours swirl

The billionaire founders of Chemist Warehouse might be getting onto the ASX without all the hassle of an IPO, if media reports are correct in a deal which could be worth $8 billion.

Speculation has been swirling for years that Jack Vance and Mario Verrocchi, who this year made the rich list of both Forbes and the AFR, were investigating floating the company they founded on the ASX.
