NEXT Summit in full swing in Sydney

A capacity crowd has turned out for this year's NEXT Pharma Summit Australia, with hundreds of pharma professionals from across industry descending on the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park for a two-day, no-holds-barred conversation about the state of the local pharma landscape.

The event kicked off with fireworks - literally - but there was plenty more heat to come with short, sharp, back-to-back sessions discussing some of the most pressing challenges facing the industry today. 

At a jam-packed first session: State of the Union - Australian Pharma in which some of the most senior names in industry gave a frank appraisal of the high-stakes challenges facing the local industry.
