Menarini has secured rights to CDK4/6 inhibitor Cosela across its Asia-Pacific markets under a 10-year partnership with Pharmacosmos.
Cosela is a first-in-class prophylactic therapy to help protect bone marrow from chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in patients with extensive-small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). For patients with ES-SCLC, chemotherapy remains a cornerstone of treatment, yet it is a major dose limiting complication that can disrupt treatment and compromise outcomes.
