The current top-valued investigational drug candidates could rake in combined global sales of US$50 billion in 2032, if successfully launched.
The new list compiled by Evaluate ranks the leading 10 R&D programs by net present value (NPV) with more than half of the positions going to either oncology or gastrointestinal and endocrine candidates, reflecting “the quest for pan-cancer blockbusters” and “the obesity craze,” according to the data and analytics company.
