Johnson & Johnson has been crowned the most profitable pharma company in 2025 at US$26.8 billion, despite having only the fourth highest revenue, but the runner-up has been labelled a standout.
A graphic of the top 13 profitable pharmas collated by pharma marketing researcher, Dr Joanna Sadowska, known as Dr JoJo, shows both J&J and Eli Lilly surpassed US$20 billion in net income last year.
