Pharma's gender pay gap worsens

Posted 4 March 2026 AM

The pharmaceutical industry has slipped when it comes to gender equality in pay, with the latest annual figures from Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) giving a snapshot of how close pharmas are to achieving their equality goals.

Pharma in Focus analysed the data to determine the reported pay gaps of 33 pharmas which had provided data to the Agency.
