The pharmaceutical industry has slipped when it comes to gender equality in pay, with the latest annual figures from Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) giving a snapshot of how close pharmas are to achieving their equality goals.
Pharma in Focus analysed the data to determine the reported pay gaps of 33 pharmas which had provided data to the Agency. The data includes 10,500 companies and government agencies operating in Australia, that employ 100 people or more, although some companies are included with parent entities, such as Arrotex being part of DBG.
