TGA alert over AbbVie counterfeits

Counterfeits of AbbVie’s Botox continue to be imported into Australia, with the TGA issuing a fresh warning to Aussie consumers purchasing products online.

The latest counterfeits were packaged to appear as genuine Botox branded product manufactured by Allergan, an AbbVie company. However, AbbVie has confirmed these products, with batch number C8478C4, are not genuine.
