Burnout in pharma has hit unprecedented levels with heavy workloads placed on slimmed down teams, leading to gruelling work hours and almost no time for wellbeing, according to an industry expert.
Coaching authority Kylie Brennan, a former pharma staffer who worked at Novartis for 12 years, said companies impacted by redundancies have been hardest hit with all roles under pressure.
