Mainstream push for bridging fund

Pressure is growing on the Federal Government to implement a bridging fund to allow earlier access to life-saving medicines while the cost-effectiveness details are still being ironed out.
Over the weekend The Australian newspaper ran an article suggesting the Albanese government "could set up a new fund to provide high-value drug treatments awaiting PBS subsidy as early as the next budget".
