AI threat no one is talking about

The threat of job losses across Australian pharma because of AI is "actually the least of our concerns" according to industry coach Paula Fenwick, who has warned of a deeper disruption impacting leadership, collaboration and self-worth.
Already Fenwick has seen AI adoption create fractures in teams with the 'tech optimists' surging ahead leaving behind 'tech sceptics' and the 'tech challenged' - and in the process quietly eroding the workplace.
