PBAC to tackle weighty question

The PBAC has added four items to the agenda for its November Meeting, and has specifically called for public consultation on one of them.
The Minister for Health, Disability, and Ageing, Mark Butler, wrote to the Chair of the PBAC in March this year to seek the Committee's advice on equitable access to GLP-1 medicines to treat obesity by funding them on the PBS. The PBAC has now added this to the November meeting.
