One in three Australian doctors believe pharma is 'not very' or 'not at all' patient-centric, according to a new survey, exposing a gap in what companies believe they are delivering and how it's actually landing with HCPs.
The most critical view came from haematologists with the majority (60 per cent) stating pharma is 'not very' or 'not at all' patient-centric. Forty-four per cent of gastroenterologists felt the same, as did 42 per cent of cardiologists and 36 per cent of rheumatologists.
