Novo launches $50K science prize

Novo Nordisk has launched the Marie Krogh Young Women in Science Prize in Australia, aimed at supporting to early to mid-career women in STEM through national recognition, funding and induction to an alumni network.
It includes a cash prize of $50,000 for one winner and $5,000 for each of seven finalists. They will be honoured at a Parliament House reception and awards dinner in Canberra in November 2025, with Professor Kathryn North, Director of Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, delivering the inaugural Marie Krogh Oration.
