Why this workplace is so great

Johnson & Johnson has landed a Great Place to Work certification in Australia and New Zealand for the fourth consecutive year, reflecting its commitment to fostering an environment that unlocks the potential of its employees.
The GPTW certification came after a questionnaire about the workplace and a survey of employees, in which 82 per cent of employees said J&J was a great place to work, compared to the 60 per cent national average. It puts the company in the running for the Best Workplace awards later this year.
