Pharma failing at work-life balance?

The perfect work-life balance in pharma is a myth, with a former top industry executive-turned leadership coach and best-selling author offering a better solution for those feeling the strain.
Ex-pharma Medical Director Paula Fenwick spent 30 years in corporate roles including at Pfizer, UCB and Specialised Therapeutics. Since leaving industry she has launched two books and a leadership and speaking business.
