The National Cancer Foundation can continue promoting Brown Nose Day, after winning an appeal to reinstate the trade mark.
At the end of June, Justice Timothy McEvoy ruled in favour of the National Cancer Foundation in an appeal against a decision by the Registrar of Trade Marks to revoke the registration of Brown Nose Day.
