Industry fails on patient-centricity

Just 16 per cent of patients strongly agree that pharma is patient-centric and 81 per cent want industry to step up and provide digital resources to help them get the care they need, according to a new survey.

An overwhelming 92 per cent said even one digital service would improve their perception of a brand and three-quarters (74 per cent) of patient respondents said they would value help from a pharma company to reduce their healthcare barriers.
