Is pharma working too hard?

Almost six in 10 pharma staffers are witnessing increased workloads and a broadening of roles, according to a new survey, triggering growing dissatisfaction with work and an exit from industry.
The Resilience Nation report, commissioned by regulatory and compliance software company Ideagen, surveyed 4000 workers in the US, UK and Australia across 10 critical industries including the pharma/life sciences sector.
