Does pharma have a bully issue?

A new report has raised questions about the culture inside pharma with 40 per cent of industry employees surveyed, including Australians, witnessing bullying and discrimination in the workplace - the highest prevalence across 10 sectors.
The Resilience Nation report, commissioned by regulatory and compliance software company Ideagen, surveyed 4000 workers in the US, UK and Australia across critical industries including the pharma/life sciences sector.
