Is 2024 the Year of Burnout?

A 'perfect storm' of fear around job losses, increased workloads and tight company budgets has led to industry-wide stress leaving many at breaking point and raising the question: Is 2024 the Year of Burnout? according to coaching expert Kylie Brennan.

A former pharma staffer who worked at Novartis for 12 years, Brennan said burnout is one of the main reasons clients are reaching out to her - and its impact is widespread across roles.
