Ex-Aussie MD lands plum global gig

Former country head for Novartis ANZ, Brian Gladsden, has landed a newly-established role with Moderna as Head of Commercial Platforms - declaring it's "Go Time".

Glasden was Country President and Managing Director for Novartis ANZ for three years from 2015 and a Medicines Australia Board Director. He held several senior roles with the company, his final role  before leaving Novartis in January 2023 was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Commercial and Portfolio Strategy.
