TGA drops $742K fine

Wesfarmers Health-owned telehealth platform InstantScripts has dodged 45 infringement notices totalling $742,500 issued by the TGA this time last year.
The infringement notices issued on 14 November 2023 related to the alleged advertisement of prescription-only medicines, including antibiotics, insulin, blood thinners, and blood pressure and cholesterol medications.
