Sigma sweetens CWH takeover

The competition watchdog is asking for feedback on a sweetener offered by Sigma Healthcare to allay concerns about its proposed $700 million acquisition of Chemist Warehouse.
Sigma, one of Australia's largest wholesalers of prescription and over-the-counter medicines, has proposed a court-enforceable undertaking which addresses competition concerns relating to the takeover.
