With one in three drug launches failing to meet expectations, a new report has pointed the finger at inconsistent and poor communication coupled with companies failing to adopt an 'early start' approach.
The newly released Launch Excellence - Moments of Truth white paper by Australian coaching company, 60 Seconds, warns that product launch is a complex, multi-faceted operation "with ever present potential for product messages to land awkwardly without full understanding and reduced impact".
