Suspended jail term for TGA breach

An Australian director who illegally supplied performance and image enhancing drugs has been given a suspended sentence, with the TGA warning it will crackdown on those that put profit ahead of safety.

At a Sydney court hearing, Ryan Gregory McTeigue was sentenced to two years imprisonment for his role in the unlawful manufacture, supply, advertising and export of SARMs, SERMs, and items listed in the Poisons Standard under Schedule 4 and Schedule 10.
